YOUR ROLE
As a Travel, Hospitality & Leisure Booking Agent, you’ll be the go-to expert for creating seamless, stress-free travel and hospitality experiences. You’ll manage all aspects of bookings, accommodations, and leisure arrangements, ensuring every detail is tailored to perfection. Whether it’s for our team, clients, or event attendees, you’ll deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage end-to-end travel, accommodation, and leisure bookings for clients, teams, and event attendees;
- Source and secure the best options for flights, hotels, transportation, and unique experiences;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel providers, hotels, and hospitality partners;
- Handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth travel experiences;
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination insights, and hospitality innovations;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align travel plans with event schedules and client needs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or leisure booking, preferably within a global or agency setting;
- A passion for creating exceptional travel and hospitality experiences;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a knack for problem-solving;
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering top-tier service;
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Experience working remotely and managing global arrangements is a bonus.
