YOUR ROLE
As a Creative Event Production Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind bringing our most ambitious events to life. You’ll oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring every detail is flawless and every experience is unforgettable. From concept to execution, you’ll work closely with our creative, tech, and strategy teams to deliver events that wow audiences and exceed expectations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the planning and execution of immersive, experiential events, both virtual and in-person;
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life;
- Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors globally;
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly, ensuring seamless event delivery;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the table.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in event production, preferably within experiential or creative agencies;
- A passion for creating unforgettable, boundary-pushing experiences;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for building strong relationships;
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail;
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus);
- Experience working remotely and managing global teams is a bonus.
