YOUR ROLE
As an Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationships, ensuring we deliver exceptional Web3 and experiential projects that wow audiences and drive results. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative, tech, and strategy teams, turning bold visions into reality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor;
- Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts;
- Lead strategic planning for Web3 and experiential campaigns, ensuring they’re innovative, impactful, and on-brand;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations;
- Stay ahead of the curve on Web3 trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within a digital, experiential, or Web3-focused agency;
- A passion for innovation, Web3, and creating unforgettable experiences;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
- Fluency in English;
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for organization.
